Our dedicated Customer Care department will promptly investigate your concerns and resolve them. We offer an exclusive FREE Doorstep Pickup and delivery service within a 7-14 day complaint window to ensure a hassle-free resolution.
2. Replacement Service:
Customers can easily return products via Pakistan Post or any reputable courier company.
3. Refund Options:
In the event that the complained item is out of stock, we offer the following refund options for your convenience:

4. Conditions for Returns/Replacement
Before sending the parcel back or requesting a Pick-up, please ensure the following conditions:

Please note that if a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back and reject the complaint.
